01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and jil4.vu ("jil4", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the jil4 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep your account details up to date. jil4 reserves the right to request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

03Account Responsibilities

04Deposits and Payments

All deposits and financial transactions on jil4 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). jil4 supports Philippine-based payment methods including local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. You must only use payment methods that are registered in your own name. Depositing using a payment method that belongs to another person — even a family member — is not permitted. jil4 reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.

• Deposits are credited to your account once confirmed by the payment provider.

05Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jil4 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete jil4's KYC verification process. This typically requires a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Documents must be clear, legible, and not expired. Processing times for KYC verification vary; you will be notified through your account when verification is complete.

10Suspension and Closure

jil4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated, that the account poses a fraud or security risk, or that continued operation of the account is otherwise contrary to jil4's policies.

You may request to close your account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support. Where a voluntary account closure is requested and there are no pending withdrawals, open bets, or active investigations, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation, jil4 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited activity is confirmed, to forfeit the relevant funds in accordance with these Terms.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jil4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

jil4 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or that any particular game or feature will function without interruption. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may affect platform availability. jil4 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. jil4's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Changes to These Terms

jil4 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable laws, or operational requirements. When material changes are made, jil4 will notify registered players through the platform or by email to the address on file.

The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jil4 platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
